We are working closely at present with Winchester City Council on a project focusing on local Ukrainians. We hope to attract more volunteer translators, address any barriers which might prevent Ukrainians accessing local services and help to set up a Ukrainian Community Group
Winchester City Council has announced £50,000 of funding to help Ukrainian guests in the district settle into their local communities and adjust to Winchester life.
Ukrainians wishing to apply for grants can do so via Flexigrant. Further information on the funding criteria can be found on WCC’s Ukraine webpage.
